EasyJet scrap Bucharest route

EasyJet is to scrap its flights between Bucharest and Gatwick Airport, according to local press reports. Airline officials are quoted in HotNews.ro as saying that the demand on the route was not enough to justify the operating costs.

The route will end on June 1, with the planes flying the route reassigned to Bucharest - Sofia flights.
