Myself & my two friends stayed at your guest house on Thursday15th November 2007, en-route to the Caribbean via Gatwick airport.

          The reason I am writing to you is to say a big thank you to both Gosia & Lukas for the way they looked after us during our brief stay ay the Belmont.

          From the moment we arrived at the south terminal and were picked up by Gosia in the mini bus, we experienced friendliness, helpfulness, politeness and a willingness to make us feel very welcome. Gosia was only too pleased to engage in conversation with us, enquire about where we came from, where we were going on holiday and she was so pleasant and nothing was too much trouble for her. Her English was excellent (I am being serious) and I couldn’t believe she has only been in England

three years.

          In the morning of our departure from the Belmont, we met Lukas who was on duty. Again he made us fell so welcome, and made sure we has a good breakfast before we left as it was a very cold morning, and again he engaged in conversation all the way to the south terminal. He left me your card and assured us we would always be welcome back at the Belmont.

          So again on our behalf could you thank them both for all their help, politeness and friendliness during our stay at the Gatwick Belmont.
