Your hotel staff is wonderful and so friendly. The young man who picked us up from the airport was so nice! As we arrived right in time for dinner, it was nice to have a place to have a meal right where we were staying. Our dinner was served quickly and it was piping hot and very tasty. The Pub was fun and we really enjoyed talking with all the happy guests also staying at your hotel. The Town of Horley where your hotel is located is lovely. We felt very safe walking into town in the evening. It is a very short stroll into town and you can walk to the train station to get the train to London - very convenient. Your morning breakfasts were greatly appreciated. We enjoyed our stay so much that we discussed coming back to London soon and again staying at your Gatwick hotel. Thank you for such a pleasant time.
