Car Parking

Acorn Lodge Gatwick has two car parking areas; one is located on-site, and the other overflow one located on the grounds of our other Guest House, which is located approx 4,6 miles away from us on the other side of Gatwick Airport.

At busier times, we may transfer your car to our other guest house by an Insured driver of ours, and bring it back to Acorn Lodge prior to your arrival for your convenient.

Both of our Car Parks have the following security features; • Protected by 6 ft high fences • Fitted with security cameras • Locked gate • A man on duty 24 hours

Church

The Church of St. Bartholomew dates from the 14th century which is across the road from Acorn Lodge Gatwick, while the town centre is 10 minutes walk.

Horley Town

Horley lies on the border of Surrey and Sussex and is the nearest town to Gatwick Airport. In spite of its proximity to the airport and the M23 motorway Horley manages to have a rather laid back air to it.

London Town

London - with excellent restaurants, quirky pubs, unparalleled museums, superb theatre, and a blitzing nightlife - is a cosmopolitan mix of Third and First Worlds. Within a 10 minute walk of Acorn Lodge is the local Horley train station which has regular trains to London (a mere 35 minutes away using the regular train service) and Brighton (only 30 minutes away).

By Car

M25 to Jct 7 where you join the M23 for Gatwick.
Turn off the M23 at Exit 9, follow sign for Gatwick
When you get to the South terminal roundabout, take the 2nd exit.
When you get to the North terminal roundabout take the 4th exit sign posted to Redhill and Crawley.
On the following roundabout take the third exit for the A23 towards Redhill.
Second right (at traffic lights) is Massetts Road and Acorn Lodge Hotel is immediately on the right hand-side corner.

By Coach

There are regular coaches arriving to and departing from Gatwick Airport, serving most major cities in the UK and also the major airports, including London Heathrow, Stansted and Luton.

By Plain

There are many airlines that fly in to Gatwick Airport please go to www.gatwickairport.com for further information.

By Train

The Gatwick Express goes direct from London Victoria train station and takes 25 minutes.
Alternatively, a regular train goes to Horley train station and takes 35 minutes.
