Gatwick Airport to Hotel Transfers

All our hotels at Gatwick offer a transport service to and from Gatwick Airport, most rates include the transfers, some are chargeable and some offer transfers between certain times and a taxi will cost £5 to £8.

All our hotels near Gatwick do not take long to get to, the transfer should take between 5 and 20 minutes.

Most of our hotels use a specific pick up point located at South & North Terminal, PLEASE PRINT the following instructions and don't forget to keep it with your travel documents for you to follow when you arrive at LGW.

Please first ascertain WHICH TERMINAL you are in, then:

South Terminal Pickup Point

If you arrive in the South Terminal, here's how to find the freephone: On the ground level follow the exit out of the terminal building until you reach the pavement. Turn left and walk along until you see the sign HOTELS COURTESY COACHES.

Beside the sign is a phone box and above it, a list of Guest Houses and Hotels.

Look for your Gatwick Hotel and dial the code stated. It will take between 5 & 20 minutes to be collected.

North Terminal Pickup Point

If you arrive in the North Terminal, to find the freephone, follow the exit out of the terminal building on the ground floor. Cross over the first road and turn left. Walk until you see the sign shown on the left.

Beside the sign is a phone box and above it, a list of Guest Houses and Hotels. Look for your Gatwick Hotel and dial the code stated It will take between 5 & 20 minutes to be collected.
